Why and How does a member need to be approved

Waihonapedia wants to offer a safe environment for people to share information and talk about health related matters. Accepting any person on the internet might not be the right approach.

We advise any person that wants to participate to fill in a membership application form.
This form will ask to tell something about yourself, if applicable about the person you support and your motivation for membership.

The form will be send to representatives of a patient group or health organization based on your choice in that form. That organization will either approve your membership or reject it.
