Persona: Nieuwe Ling

Picture of Eva

A young family mother, all new. Just received the diagnosis of CdLS for her new born.

For orientation, I look at all the main paths from this website to see what information can be found and what these pages are for.

Preliminary notes

Scan behaviour:

People practically don't read anymore and mostly engage in 'scanning' with texts. One reason for this is the number of triggers an average person gets in a day. (We are interrupted 200 to 500 times a day on average).

Layout content:

Page layout is important. It should be logical (e.g. who, what, where, when) but also in order of importance (e.g. what, where, how long, when).
The most important thing here is the preference of the visitor/user.

Device:

Young people use mobile phones to scan. If something is interesting enough, they can often use a commuter with a large screen at 'home' or 'work' to read further
