- Not structured, but we know most members/donors personally and we know a bit about their private situation

- Yes, a very active facebook group, lots of posts. We get a good response on our yearly meetings. We see brothers/sisters telling in school about CdLS and benefit of our group. Participation when invited is high. We did get one complaint about the quality of of text in our provided information
People with CdLS that are not connected
- What communication channels do you have to reach these people?
- Website, Facebook and LinkedIn. We have partners in Health Care institutions that advocate for us. We could also reach out to Genetic Counseling centers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- What data do you have of these people to directly approach them (example by email), if so, how many?
- This might be blocked by privacy rules, we see more opportunties via Social media. But we could indirectly approach them via the centers described in previous question

- One-time donation from Essent Trading
- Services sponsor ‘service bureau Janssen’, is printing and sending our newsletters (4x each year, 100 copies), is friend of a patient.
- Which of your current sponsors would be willing to something extra? What amounts would you estimate?
- No high expectations here. Maybe print services?
- How many companies are in your boards (you might include your long-time members here) personal network that you could approach?
