Here is some information required for your hotel booking:
- Please use the attached form to book you hotel rooms.
- Download the form and use an external PDF Reader (i.e. Acrobat Reader) to fill it out, as the internal reader in the browsers do not interpret the fields properly.
- Mail, fax, or send it scanned back to the hotel using the information on the form.
- Please book early to make sure that your accommodations wishes can be observed.
- Reduction offered by hotel for children
- Children of age 11 and younger are free of charge when staying in the parent’s room
- Children between the ages of 12 and 16 are charged 40€/night when staying in the parent’s room
- Children of age 17 and older are charged 50€/night when staying in the parent’s room
- Please enter the name of the Person with CdLS on the form. This will help us to identify families that are bringing CdLS children to the conference and are staying in the hotel.
