The conference starts at 9am on Friday (Austust 2nd) and ends with the gala event Saturday evening (August 3rd).<br><br>
The registration fees include 2 lunches and snacks during the breaks with coffee and water plus the gala event on Saturday evening.<br><br>
In order to make sure that you don't miss anything, it might be a good idea to arrive on Thursday evening at the latest and depart on Sunday at the earliest. It it a wonderful area and it would be a great start or end of a vacation, so think about staying a little longer to enjoy the region and its sights.
