mam 16 letniej dziewczynki ma wątpliwości co do tego, czy corka jest w stanie usiedzieć spokojnie w trakcie wlewu z barytu . czy jest na to jakiś sposob, czy badanie należy przeprowadzać w sedacji?

Wielokrotnie radiolog wykonuje badania górnego odcinka przewodu pokarmowego poprzez wprowadzenie sondy i podanie kontrastu do przełyku .Oczywiście nie jest latwo wprowadzic sondę pacjentowi ktory nie współpracuje i wowczas wykonanie badania jest niemożliwe. Sedacja zmniejsza to ryzyko .



odpowiedż 2 czasem zammiast stosowania wlewu z barytu wykonuje się gastroskopię pomijając badanie z kontrastem barytowym
