Matka 12 letniej dziewczynki zglasza fakt, że u corki występuje przykry zapach z ust i ciemnienie szkliwa zębów,dziewczynka byla konsultowana przez stomatologa, czy wskazane jest ponowne badanie przewodu pokarmowego,zaznaczam że dziewczynka jest po zabiegu fundoplikacji i orzymuje Losec.

Refluks może występować nawet po fundoplikacji Nissena. Objawy zapalenia przełyku mogą występować mimo podawania Omeprazolu.Dlatego dziewczynka wymaga ponownej diagnostyki
