Do Centrum Chorób Rzadkich kieruje lekarz pierwszego kontaktu, lekarz specjalista lub szpital rejonowy.
W niektórych przypadkach również pacjent lub jego rodzina mogą zwrócić uwagę na niepokojące objawy, które warto skonsultować z personelem Centrum.
Terminy wizyt uzgadniane są telefonicznie lub mailowo w oparciu o dostarczoną dokumentację.
